In some vintages we make a Pinot Rosé or Sauvignon Blanc wines from grapes from other Gibbston vineyards to supplement orders from our best buyers.
We use selected Pinot Noir grapes to produce a sophisticated Rosé. This wine is made in traditional artisan fashion and produced in a Rosé style from hand-tended Pinot Noir grapes which are grown under accredited sustainable viticulture practices.
A dry, French style rosé that complements a variety of foods.
The grapes for Sauvignon Blanc wine come from Raffters Road vineyard in Gibbston and old vines, also grown under accredited sustainable viticulture practices. The wine is fresh and fruity, showing tropical fruit aromas.
